Job Description

Working title is Full Stack Developer.

The position's essential function within the organization is to drive the evolution of our internal software applications. As the inaugural member of our developer team, this individual will play a foundational role in setting the standard until we expand our team. They will be proficient in various technologies, from web frameworks and APIs to SQL databases and back-end languages. Beyond software development, the role emphasizes data management—collecting, processing, and visualizing data to guide business decisions. Using data, this person will create value across departments, from judiciary to HR, and ensure our business intelligence solutions meet organizational needs.

Education and Training Guidelines

Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, information technology, computer science, management information systems, or closely related field.

Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

Four years of related work experience, which includes

One year experience with visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau); Proficiency in SQL, with experience developing complex queries; familiarity with large database systems and web application development.

Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis.

Valid Florida State Driver’s License required.

Nineteenth Judicial Circuit serves Indian River, Okeechobee, Martin, and Saint Lucie Counties.

Travel to other locations within the judicial circuit is required.
